Is Norexis free?
Early access is free. We will tell you clearly before any paid feature is introduced.
Who can join?
Adults 18 and over in India. Early access starts with selected users and regions, beginning in Kerala.
Do I need solar or an EV?
No. Bill insights, the Asset Proof Vault and reminders are useful for homes and businesses without solar or an EV.
Is my Energy Profile an official ID?
No. It is a summary you control, not a government ID, official energy credential or legal proof of ownership.
Is Norexis connected to my utility?
Norexis is independent. It works with documents you provide and data you authorise through approved routes. It does not change your connection, tariff or billing.
Will Norexis control my appliances?
No. Norexis gives information and suggestions. You decide what to do.
Which inverters are supported?
Solar generation is entered manually. Live connections are planned; we will explain availability as they are introduced.
How accurate are the figures?
Figures show a basis and period and are marked measured or estimated. Estimates depend on their inputs and are not promised financial returns.
Can Norexis help with a warranty claim?
It organises records and performance history. Manufacturers and installers decide claims under their warranty terms.
How do I join early access?
Continue to the existing Norexis app. You can review its access and registration process there. Access may be limited to selected users or regions.
